2 Non-Traditional SHORT Cardio Workouts that Burn Fat Like Crazy


If you hate cardio such as jogging endlessly on a treadmill, but like burning fat or keeping fat off, this is for you. I’m talking short and sweet cardio bursts (no running involved).

Workout #1 – Bodyweight Fat Burning Circuit

You can do this in addition to your weight training program.

This workout is a circuit with bodyweight exercises only. You take very little rest. Do the circuit once or multiple times (don’t overdo it). The exercises:

  • Deck Squat
  • Mountain Climber
  • Seal Jack
  • High Knee Sprint in Place

Workout #2: Circuit Fat Burner (some equipment needed):

  • Kettlebell Bootstrapper Squat
  • Jump Rope
  • Slalom Jump Burpee
  • Kettlebell Swing
  • Medicine Ball Slam
