3 Example Adonis Golden Ratio Workout Routines


One of the strengths of the Adonis Golden Ratio program is the amount of detail you get in the workouts as well as the fact you get three 12 week programs.

The program is split into 3 modules:

  1. Muscle Gain

  2. Fat Loss

  3. Hybrid Muscle Gain and Fat Loss

Each module has its own training program designed to produce results per the module you go with (don’t worry, there is software that tells you which module to use).
